Birth is one of life's greatest opportunities for growth.  It is through the unknown, the new, and the challenging that we realize potential, and make leaps both personally, and in our relationships.  That potential is realized through connection with yourself, your baby, and partner throughout pregnancy, and during labor in the transcendent flow-state that birth is.  Most, unfortunately, enter birth with fear and misconceptions, missing the skills and knowledge to take advantage of this peak experience.

UNITY is dedicated to providing quality education, personal growth opportunity, and relationship coaching in this major transition of life.  Our approach combines deeply informative teachings on the physiology of birth, the role of mind-body connection, as well as intentional partner interactions, which prepare you for birth and beyond.

Here, we explore how to better prepare ourselves as individuals, entering the unknown physical and emotional endeavor of birth and parenthood, by encouraging an inquisitive, and in-touch experience.  Learn tools and practices that substantially contribute to a smooth labor and positive birth. Come to appreciate and utilize the partner's powerful role in helping the mother achieve an emotional and mental state conducive to birthing confidently, efficiently, and intuitively.  We are passionate about childbirth education that empowers mothers and couples, builds confidence in birth, and fosters connection between partners during this pivotal time.
